Instructions

Step 1: Start by Preparing Your Pieces

First, choose red, black, or dark grey craft papers for your ladybug. Trace the template patterns for the base, wings, antennae, two small hearts (for the antennae), and the round body piece onto the papers. Then, cut out all the traced shapes carefully.

Step 2: Decorate the Wings

Next, take the wing cutouts and use a black sharpie to draw small heart shapes all over them. This gives the ladybug its signature Valentine’s Day flair!

Step 3: Attach the Body

Then, glue the round body shape to the middle of the larger base piece. This forms the main body of the ladybug.
