Materials

There are five pages on the PDF you download: Two black-and-white sheets for coloring and two pre-colored sheets for an instant, colorful finish.

A fifth page shows the final look of a fully assembled cornucopia, giving kids a preview of their creation.

Printing tip* Since both the colored version and black and white version come on one PDF file, go to your print settings before printing. Only select the page numbers you’d like to print to save paper and ink.

Instructions

Start by printing out the cornucopia template along with the fruits and vegetables.

If you’re using the black-and-white version, color in the cornucopia and the food items with markers or crayons.

Carefully cut out each piece along the lines, including the cornucopia and the individual food items.

Lay the cornucopia piece flat on the table and arrange the food items as if they’re spilling out of the cornucopia’s opening.

Once you’re happy with the arrangement, glue each piece in place on or around the cornucopia.

Allow the glue to dry, and your cornucopia is ready to display!

• Use thicker paper or cardstock for a sturdier cornucopia that holds up well on display.
• For a 3D effect, only glue the bottom part of each food item, leaving the top part unglued.
