The Printable Sunflower Craft Templates

We’ve got two versions of our sunflower templates. The first one is full color cut and paste craft.

Build a bright colorful sunflower in no time.

Our second version is a printer friendly black and white version that makes a fun flower coloring page.

Kids can color in their own sunflower in any colors that they like.

What you’ll need: Your printed template, scissors, and a glue stick. Add crayons or colored pencils for the black-and-white version, plus construction paper if you’d like a background.

1. Choose the full-color version or color the black-and-white pieces before cutting.
2. Cut around the outer guides for the petal sections, round center, stem, and leaf. An adult can help with the small curves.
3. Arrange the petal sections around the back of the round center, with the petals pointing outward, then glue them in place.
4. Attach the stem behind the flower head and glue the leaf to the stem. Let it dry, or glue the whole sunflower onto construction paper.

This fun and easy craft is perfect for kids of all ages. You can build a bunch of sunflowers in very little time.
