There are tons of tasty treats, snacks and foods that start with E.

I’m giving you 35 foods that all start with E plus a short description of the foods, in case you get challenged, you’ll know what you’re talking about.

Eggs are a part of many people’s breakfast. They make a great addition to bacon, sausage, ham or hash browns.

We also cook them in the oven with cheese and tomato sauce to create an amazing dish called eggs benedict.

Espresso

Espresso is usually consumed as a coffee beverage.

You can drink it black, add milk and sugar, or get an espresso macchiato with cream and some flavoring.

Espresso is made by forcing hot water under pressure, through finely ground coffee beans.

The mixture of ground coffee and water is called ‘espresso.’

Eggplant is a vegetable that can be roasted and mashed.

It’s used to make baba ghanoush, ratatouille, and in Sicilian pasta sauce.
